Three members of the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra visited Sancta Maria College for the first of three session where they are mentoring our orchestral players.
Yanghe Yu (violin), Susan Wedde (viola) and Katherine Uren (cello) spent two hours with players from our Chamber Orchestra, helping them with technique and aspects of the four pieces of music that they will be playing at the KBB Festival in August.
A good time was had by all and we are looking forward to the coming sessions for players in our Chamber Ensembles, Light Orchestra and Primo Ensemb
