Everyone at Sancta Maria College should know that May 14-18 is Bullying Free Week. With lots of events planned it is going to be a very special week for one and all.
There will be a poster competition around the theme of ‘At SMC it is not OK to…’, and every class level will be involved in activities such as ‘The Emotions Alphabet’ at Year 8, ‘Preventing Bullying Together Commitment’ at Year 10 and the Year 13s will be creating Peace Flags.
There will also be a Pink Shirt Day next Friday.
A major component of the week will be students and staff completing a ‘Health and Wellbeing’ survey so that we can build on the current positive practices at the College.
