As part of the festivities of Sancta Maria’s annual 40 Hour Famine Appeal, members of the committee organised a sausage sizzle on a cold Thursday lunch time in order to raise not only funds for a worthy cause but raise awareness for one of the biggest humanitarian situations of our time.
Many students and teachers came and bought sausages, offering their support and solidarity for the charitable cause, making about $300.
