Being the opening performance for the NZEAL conference was quite daunting but one of the College’s Jazz combos rose to the occasion superbly, impressing everyone with their performance.
The combo played “Straight No Chaser” (featuring Jenna Aspeling, Peter Brzozowski and Jeremy D’Cruze) by Thelonius Monk and “Take the A Train” (featuring Lisa Greenhead, Jenna Aspeling, Minju Kim and Jeremy D’Cruze) in Nikki Yanofsky’s version of the Duke Ellington classic.
