A great start to the season, with our Girls 1st XI hockey team scoring a win against Saint Kentigerns at Loyd Elsmore.
For a team that had never played with each other before the girls sure did put up a fight, keeping the score 0-0 for the first half. In the second half an amazing goal was scored by Alex Dougherty giving the team the win, with a final score of 1-0. Hopefully this determination and strength develops throughout the season so they can continue to win their games.
