Kelly Mascarenhas has won her way into the Young Speechmaker National final to see who will represent our country at the International final to be held in the United States at the end of the year.
On Sunday, Kelly competed at Papakura in the Regional finals of the Lions International Speech Competition. Kelly had to make an impromptu, one minute, speech as well as presenting her prepared topic. A delighted Kelly is one step closer to a trip to the United States.
