Late Start Not Just a Sleep In for All

With College staff attending professional learning development sessions every second week, Year 7 and 8 students have been left in the hands of College prefects to think of fun ways to start their Thursday mornings.

From social sports games in the gym to intense games of Kahoot, student leaders have thought of a variety of activities to keep our junior students entertained. However, while it is not compulsory for students to come early to school on these days, many students have been braving the early morning wake up to partake in activities.

Not only do they participate in different activities, students from Years 9-13 are also given extra time to get their assignments and homework finished with the extra hour of free time before school.

Overall, late start is an extra hour enjoyed by all.
