The Year 8 Peer Support dance-off had everyone tapping their feet.
After weeks of practice under the direction of the Year 12 Peer Support leaders the Year 8s were ready to dance. With movement carefully synchronized to the beat of the music and stunning choreographed break-outs the homerooms did battle in the College auditorium.
Friendly rivalry, of course, as each class drew loud cheers from the audience while performing their routine. Dressed for the occasion and rehearsed to perfection each group performed seamlessly, effortlessly moving from one movement to the next as the music changed tempo.
The standard of performance was matched only by the infectious enthusiasm. The judges face a challenging task deciding on a winner. No wonder the triumphant homeroom will not be named until early next term.
