This week marks the beginning of Auckland Council’s Stand Up Stand Out competition and Sancta Maria College entered six acts in the solo vocals round.
Helen Pahulu (pictured), Maris Balili, Van Joseph Belinario, Maddy Maximiano, Kelly Qi and Anna Nguyen all sang beautifully in a variety of styles from gospel to classical.
This was the highest number of soloists that we have entered in the competition and we hope to send as many again, next year.
