Year 7 students gathered in the gymnasium to celebrate their togetherness at the start of school today.
It was the annual Year 7 Peer Support sing-off as the young students, together with their Year 11 leaders, performed the homeroom songs they had prepared over the past few months. To familiar tunes they had added their own lyrics, relating to the special character of the school and how to put the College’s values into action.
Tuneful singing, rhythmic movement, smiling faces and generous applause filled the building, leaving the judges with a difficult task to choose a winner.
The winning homeroom will be announced next week.
