Let’s get together during this year’s 40 Hour Challenge and make a difference. One way you can help is by purchasing a cupcake during our school’s bake sale. It will be held during lunchtime on Friday. A gold coin donation is all you need to get your hands on a delicious cupcake.
Or if you want to go further than that, you can join this year’s 40 Hour Famine Challenge. Join the thousands of New Zealanders who will be living out of their backpacks for 40 hours! All funds raised will go towards providing Syrian children with a child friendly space in refugee camps where they can feel a sense of security, catch up on their education and recover from their trauma and suffering.
After all, helping others is what we are here for.
