The Year 13 Food and Hospitality students had the opportunity to produce and sell products that they have been working on during the past term. The food products were a big hit and sold out pretty quickly, receiving rave reviews from the students.
The products were a range of sweet and savoury items which had been tested and trialled many times. The food that they had made for sale ranged from nachos, spring rolls and cheese sticks to raspberry jelly, donuts and cupcakes. Drinks were also available to purchase at the Compass Café.
The money raised will go back into the Food and Hospitality department, although any profits made will be going to the school’s Young Vinnies to support their work with those in need.
