What an exciting day…..18 teams of 4 with each player playing 6 matches.
Scores as follows:
Bucklands Beach lost 1-3
Somerville won 3-1
Stanhope won 4-0
Elim drew 2-2
Mission Heights drew 2-2
Kings lost 1-3
If the boys had won the two drawn matches (and they should have) then the team would have finished third overall.
As it was, they tied for 5th with three other schools.
They all want to know when the next tournament is!
Next year, maybe we can enter two teams.
