Last Thursday, Sancta Maria College’s Year 13 Physics students went to Rainbows End as part of our practical research. While enjoying the great fun and excitement of being at a theme park, we were also closely examining the application of the laws of physics to our favourite rides.
Our day started off with great excitement as we ventured into the park that is filled with action packed activities that we could experience with our class, as well as opening our eyes to new knowledge and experiences that we could only discover outside of school.
We were timing our rides, looking through our booklets to fill in as much information as possible. The positivity from our groups made us want to learn more and also have the courage to go on these adrenaline rushing and fearsome rides!
We wish our Year 13 Physics classes well, as they continue to discover more knowledge and excel in the subject.
