All the students enjoyed the warmth and comfort of their mufti clothes on Wednesday, making sure to layer up due to the cold, rainy Auckland weather.
Every student brought a gold coin donation to support the upcoming school production of ‘Grease’. The mufti day was a great start for the production’s series of fundraisers over the next few weeks. The mufti day managed to raise $1388 to help with the set design, the creating of a car for the musical and to provide costumes for the performers.
Based on the productions of past years we can tell Sancta Maria College’s 2018 production will be a not to be missed experience. Performances will be held at the Vodafone Events Centre, 770 Great South Road, Manukau from the 6-9 June in the evenings, with matinees held on the Wednesday and Friday. Look out for more information in the coming weeks.
