The Daffodil is the symbol of the cancer society. We have planted daffodil bulbs in the Olive Grove, and this is the beginning of our Remembrance Garden. They are encircled by netting cages at the moment to make sure they will not be damaged while they grow to full height.
And in the spring ‘beneath the trees, fluttering and dancing in the breeze, a host of golden daffodils’.
