We did it again! Last week, some 7LIS and 12 LIS students and their friends spent their lunch times packing Christmas parcels for 100 volunteers working at the Totara Hospice, Manurewa.
In April this year, 12 LIS completed a bake sale at Bunnings Botany to raise some money to buy special items from Bed, Bath and Beyond Manukau and Briscoes Botany. A special treat this year has to be Mr B’s bee’s honey! The result! A collection of amazing items will be presented to all the very special people who continue to donate their free time working for Totara Hospice, at a Christmas luncheon in November.
We would like to thank the International department for their kind donations of labels. We renew our appreciation to 7LIS who made the Christmas cards and to all those who supported this project this year!
