Our Year 10 Social Science students impressed Howick Rotary Club with their display, in fact they were impressed with the overall standard of all displays that were presented over the course of this inaugural ANZAC Schools Display event. Event organiser, Andy Revans conveyed ‘We would like to thank you all for the hard work of everyone involved.’
RSA president, Ray Sangster, Howick Local Board Chair, Damian Light, and Pakuranga MP Simeon Brown visited the displays on ANZAC day (photo above), taking the opportunity to have their photo taken in front of our display and made mention that ‘all of them were extremely impressed and wished to pass on their congratulations to the participating schools.’
Thank you to our students and staff involved with the display – a lot of work, during term 1, went into the learning and display of their work.
