Sancta Maria College’s music students were lucky enough to attend two very different musical events, last week.

It was a weekend to remember for Harrison Edwards, Tyler Halliday and Ryan Clifford who travelled to Taupo to take part in the North Island Secondary Schools Orienteering Championships, finishing the event as team relay winners.

Last Thursday, the Year 12s had their Recreation and Leisure Day.

It was that time of year again when the Year 12s make the short journey across the road to the Korean Church where they spent the day reflecting.

Earlier in the week, a few Year 12 English students were fortunate enough to pay a visit to the Auckland War Museum as part of their ongoing study of war poetry.

The Year 7 girls’ football team had a triumphant campaign at the South Eastern Zone Football tournament on Thursday.

The South Eastern Zone Football Tournament on Tuesday saw the Year 7 boys’ football team take on a number of schools from East Auckland.
