Grading day brought mixed fortunes for the College’s Premier team. In the morning games at Morrin Road the girls gave their best efforts in all their games, losing only to Pakuranga College’s Premier team by 7 goals. Despite that loss, the girls were able to pull through with three well-earned wins.

After spending the long week with their home stay families, the students returned fresh to school on Tuesday to carry out their last full day in France with their families.

After a few months of separation the students were finally reunited with their French exchanges when they arrived in Arras on April 25. Hugs were exchanged as the students were finally introduced to parents and siblings with whom they were to spend the next week.
With the season finally getting underway, the SMC premier netball team have been hard at work training to try to win their grades at Morrin Rd and Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre.
