*Pastoral Care Fee must be paid in accordance with the school’s accommodation policy for international students. All international students’ accommodation will be checked once a term regardless of whether they are living in homestays, with relatives or with parents.
**This can be paid directly to the home-stay parents or arrangements can be made for the school to manage this, but a $10 weekly admin fee will apply.
*** If you require the school to find home-stay accommodation there is a one-off placement fee which covers finding suitable accommodation and processing the police vetting forms for all the adults in the house over 18 years of age.

General Information
UNIFORM
Sancta Maria College students wear school uniform. We ask parents, Designated Caregivers and Host Families to support the College by ensuring students have the correct uniform and help them take responsibility for their appearance by wearing the uniform correctly. These regulations apply when students are at school, representing the school or commuting to and from school.

FEES PROTECTION
Sancta Maria College has a Fee Protection policy to safeguard the fees paid by International Students,
in the unlikely event that the school may not be able to commence or continue to deliver tuition to the international student.
The school’s Board of Trustees guarantees to hold in reserve sufficient funds to meet the requirements of any refund in these circumstances.
