Sancta Maria College is serviced by the Howick Bus Company.

Students travelling from Manukau City Centre and Manurewa

From Manukau City Centre: Use the 443 bus.
From Manurewa: Use the 366 bus and transfer to the 443 bus at Manukau.

Students travelling from Beachlands and Maraetai

The Ministry of Education provides a bus service from Beachlands and Maraetai area which takes students to a range of schools. These buses depart from allocated bus stops in the area from around 7.30am. Students may have to change buses at the Whitford Interchange depending which bus they are on to reach Sancta Maria College.

Stationery

All students’ stationery packs* (Years 7 – 13) will be available for purchase online through Office Max at www.myschool.co.nz  from mid-December and must be purchased before school starts in the new year.

This includes a list of all their compulsory stationery and workbook requirements for the option subjects chosen.

Art Kits

Art kits for Years 9-11 will be available for purchase from Gordon Harris at https://www.gordonharris.co.nz/category/4178-sancta-maria-college

The Art Department is supplying ALL stationery for year 12 and 13 art and photography students

*Please note, some optional education outside of the classroom opportunities may arise during the year at a small added cost.

Our School App can be downloaded free on your mobile device by clicking this link

On the App you can find all school contact details, daily notices and newsletters, as well as report a student absentee (with one click), plus you can access KAMAR (our Student Management System) where you can track your child’s academic results and, where relevant, NCEA progress. Useful links on the App include our website, Microsoft 365, Facebook page, and Schoology access (for students).

BYOD Information

All Year 7 to 13 students are asked to bring their own digital device

All students are required to complete the Sancta Maria College Cybersafety and Digital Device User Agreement. You can download it HERE.

Minimum specifications for a notebook are:
Screen size: 13 inch or larger
Processor: Core i5 recommended
RAM: 8GB (16GB recommended)
Built in wireless

Smart phones and tablets do not have the functionality required and are not part of the BYOD programme.

The school has negotiated special pricing for BYOD Devices with SupplyNZ*.
