Peter Brzozowski is heading to New Plymouth this weekend as one of approximately 35 students, selected from all over the country, to be part of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Brass Band.
The week-long course will include mentoring by leading musicians, practising group pieces and conclude with two concerts, to be performed at New Plymouth and Whanganui.
To be selected for this elite group of young musicians Peter had to prepare a video audition. On this occasion Peter has put aside his usual trumpet in favour of the cornet as he performs with the New Zealand Secondary Schools Brass band.
