A long hour trip to SnowPlanet, with all the year 13 PE Studies students crammed into the three school vans. A day full of laughter, with lots of falls during their time skiing orsnowboarding.
Many of the students had never skied or snowboarded before, so having this lesson really helped them get the hang of a couple basic tips and tricks before heading on the slopes.
Quite a few students decided to learn how to snowboard for the first time, and lets just say Mrs Holmes and Mrs Heffernan had hours of laughter and entertainment. Small shout out to the professional skier, Mr Ryan Camp. He definitely saved us way too many times, especially us beginners.
At the end of the day we definitely could say that everyone had become so much closer, and absolutely cannot wait to get to on the mountain during their camp coming up at the end of July.
