Dropping off and collecting your student from school

Please click this link for safe procedures and a site map showing traffic flow and access points from Chapel Road and Te Irirangi Drive entrances.  Please note, there is no access from Chapel Road to collect your students after school.

On the App you can find all school contact details, daily notices and newsletters, as well as report a student absentee (with one click), plus you can access KAMAR (our Student Management System) where you can track your child’s academic results and, where relevant, NCEA progress. Useful links on the App include our website, Microsoft 365, Facebook page, and Schoology access (for students).

Tuck Shop

Jackie, our Tuck Shop Manager, delivers a wide variety of healthy and affordable meals and food options for students to enjoy.  You can pre-order the ‘Meal of the Day’ (the menu changes weekly and is communicated on our facebook and instagram pages) prior to school and during interval in addition to purchasing items as required.  Jackie and her team strive to cater for all dietary requirements, so if there is anything you want, please do not hesitate to make contact with her directly.  See below the Tuck Shop Menu

BYOD Information

All Year 7 to 13 students are asked to bring their own digital device

All students are required to complete the Sancta Maria College Cybersafety and Digital Device User Agreement. You can download it HERE.

Minimum specifications for a notebook are:
Screen size: 13 inch or larger
Processor: Core i5 recommended
RAM: 8GB (16GB recommended)
Built in wireless

Smart phones and tablets do not have the functionality required and are not part of the BYOD programme.

The school has negotiated special pricing for BYOD Devices with SupplyNZ*.
