On 9 May 2023, as part of the Physical Education & Health internal assessment, Social Responsibility, the Year 12 cohort attended leisure activities at Paradice Ice Skating, Timezone and Gravity. Divided into three groups, they went on buses to each of the activities, with each group rotating around to the different places.
The purpose of this trip was so the students could demonstrate their social responsibility while out in the community. Ice skating proved difficult for some people and tested them as some had not been ice skating before, finding it a challenge without the aid of a frame. While at bowling, the challenge was trying to keep the ball from rolling off and getting stuck in the side gutters.
This was a super fun day for all students and a big thank you to the PE teachers for organising this event.
